| Last Ride Funeral Services will provide you with a professional and respectful “Ride to Eternity” for you dearly departed. Our coachman will be in the appropriate attire to include a white tuxedo type shirt, black leather vest, black trousers, and shined boots. The hearse will be readily staged at the place of your choice for the receiving of your loved one to be delivered to their final resting place. |

| · Mileage is calculated from our offices in Alsip, Illinois to your city location · 0 – 50 miles and 4 hours of service $700.00 · Additional miles are $1.50 per mile – Additional time is $100.00 an hour · Overnight stay outside our area is $120.00 a night |

| · Military, Law Enforcement Officers, or Fire Fighters killed in the Line of Duty will be honored for their service to this country with a 25% discount |
